Uğur Yüksel

With over 30 years of experience in the energy, IT, and defense industries, Uğur Yüksel has held notable positions, including Project Manager at the Ministry of National Defense Undersecretariat for Defense Industries and General Manager at ODTÜ Teknokent, where he contributed to the establishment of Turkey’s first technopark. He also served as the Procurement and Business Development Director at Lotus Enerji in Turkmenistan and as the Secretary General of ELDER, the Electricity Distribution Services Association in Turkey.

Joining the Aydem Energy Group in 2018, Yüksel took on the roles of General Manager and Board Member at GDZ Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş., while also being appointed as a Board Member at ADM Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. in the same year. As of January 1, 2025, Yüksel serves as the General Manager of Aydem Renewables.
